This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit this site or work with me, why it is processed and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible
Sole Proprietor (FOP) Dobrohaieva Tetiana Leonidivna, registered in Ukraine, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: tetianadobrohaieva@gmail.com.
2. What data is collected
- Data you send by email. Your name, email address, company details and anything else you choose to include in your message.
- Engagement data. Business information shared during a project, such as marketing materials, performance figures or customer insights, together with billing details needed to issue an invoice.
- Technical data. Standard server information such as IP address, browser type and time of request, processed by the hosting provider to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
There is no contact form, no account registration and no payment processing on this site.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Fontshare and Google Fonts), which receive your IP address as a technical consequence of serving the font files. No other third-party resources are loaded.
4. Why data is processed, and on what basis
- To answer enquiries. Basis: your request and legitimate interest in responding to it.
- To deliver a project. Basis: performance of the contract between us.
- To issue invoices and keep accounts. Basis: legal obligations under Ukrainian tax and accounting rules.
- To keep the site available and secure. Basis: legitimate interest.
5. Who data is shared with
Data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with service providers who need it: the website host, the email provider, payment providers used to receive fees, and an accountant where accounting requires it. Disclosure also occurs where required by law or a competent authority.
6. International transfers
Because services are delivered remotely and the providers above operate internationally, data may be processed outside your country. Providers are chosen on the basis that they apply appropriate safeguards.
7. How long data is kept
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 12 months.
- Project correspondence and deliverables: for the duration of the engagement and up to 3 years afterwards.
- Invoices and accounting records: for the period required by Ukrainian law.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, a copy in a portable format, or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to tetianadobrohaieva@gmail.com and you will receive a reply within 30 days.
If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
9. Security
Data is stored in reputable services protected by access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive material by email unless it is necessary for the work.
10. Children
These services are directed at businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18. No data is knowingly collected from children.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated. The date above shows the current version.
