Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026

These terms govern the consulting and market research services provided by Tetiana Dobrohaieva. By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to them.

1. Who provides the services

Services are provided by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Dobrohaieva Tetiana Leonidivna, registered in Ukraine and working with clients internationally on a remote basis. Contact: tetianadobrohaieva@gmail.com.

2. What is provided

Marketing research, competitor and market analysis, marketing audits, strategic advisory and campaign guidance. Work is delivered as written reports, structured recommendations and consultation sessions held remotely.

Services are advisory. They inform your decisions; they do not replace your own commercial judgement, and they are not legal, financial or investment advice.

3. How an engagement starts

Each engagement begins with a briefing to establish scope, objectives and timeline. A written quote follows, setting out deliverables, the fee and the schedule. Work begins only after you confirm the quote in writing and the agreed advance payment is received.

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as a separate engagement and is quoted separately.

4. Fees and payment

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, access to any materials the work requires, and timely feedback. Delays in providing these move the delivery date accordingly.

6. Deliverables and intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, you receive an unrestricted right to use the delivered reports and recommendations within your business. Research methods, templates, frameworks and working materials remain the property of the consultant.

Completed work may be referenced in anonymised form as a case description. If you prefer that it is not, say so in writing and it will not be.

7. Confidentiality

Business information you share is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law or is necessary for accounting and tax compliance. The same obligation applies to the consultant's proprietary materials.

8. No guarantee of results

Market conditions, execution quality and factors outside the engagement all affect commercial outcomes. No specific revenue, ranking, traffic or growth result is promised or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that engagement. There is no liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption.

10. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rights and refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. This website

Content on this site is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer. Web fonts are loaded from third-party content delivery networks; no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts are used. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date above shows the current version. Engagements already underway continue under the version in force when the quote was accepted.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation in good faith; failing that, they are resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine.
